MELBOURNE PENTHOUSE

This beautifully restored and rejuvenated top-floor c1924 Art Deco residence is a true masterpiece. It boasts a private, expansive terrazzo-style courtyard adorned with vines, offering a serene retreat. Every element of the interior, from contemporary art to original 1960’s Nason Murano chandeliers, were sourced via our sister company, AZB Sourcery. Custom encaustic tiles were even created specifically for this project.

The residence is flooded with natural light, highlighting all of soft-hues statement pieces. Traditional Art Deco hues like golden sunflower and navy blue blend with brutalist modern touches such as a blackened timber coffee table and an iconic 1980’s solid marble dining table. The spacious living room with a tiled entrance flows seamlessly into the dining room, where original burnished timber sliding doors and Art Deco features create an air of timeless elegance.

The main bedroom detailing includes custom bedhead and bespoke joinery. Outside, the rear with its striking black-and-white tiles and a vine-covered pergola, providing the perfect setting for year-round alfresco dining and entertaining. This residence exemplifies a blend of timeless Art Deco charm and modern luxury.
