Every experience at Aesop’s had to be unique, delicious, photographable and worthy of telling everybody. With the intent of becoming one of the hospitality venues that are on the top of the global list of must experience, Aesop’s design had to reflect a beautiful balance of Modernity and Ancient Greece. AZB were asked to create an inclusive, social and fun atmosphere where friends and strangers could share the dining experience and all play a part in the show as well as functioning on many levels as a dining restaurant, bar, event space, take away. AESOP’S is the originator of ideas…. from design to food, to service to enjoyment.
