HAYMAN ISLAND PRIVATE EVENT

Sometimes, we are tasked with curating once-in-a-lifetime experiences, under the veil of complete secrecy for privacy reasons. This extraordinary project was one of those moments. Our team was engaged to deliver an immersive mind and body retreat for 100 CEOs at the luxurious Hayman Island, with all digital devices removed to ensure our guests could fully disconnect and immerse themselves in the moment.

From the moment they boarded, the experience was curated down to the finest detail. We chartered a private plane, transforming the onboard journey with our dining partners, including Kepos Catering, Curatif premade cocktails, Naked Life beverages, and Byron Bay Cookies. Our personalized air stewards ensured every guest was delighted from the sky to the island.

Once at Hayman, we took over the Intercontinental exclusively, crafting a four-day itinerary filled with keynote speakers, wellness activities, ice baths, breathwork sessions, yoga, and luxurious dining experiences. Guests indulged in private feasts on beaches, catamarans, and even on the iconic "Where the Bloody Hell Are You?" campaign site island. We also created exclusive Four Pillars gin cocktail experiences and gifted bespoke swag, including items from Lululemon, Nike, Feel Good Sunscreen, Tropicology, Unlabelled Soap, and Software Skin.

From sunrise to sunset, we delivered a spectacular journey where CEOs could reflect, recharge, and foster new and meaningful relationships in an inspiring environment. An overwhelming success.
