INCA CHAPEL STREET

Inca Chapel Street showcases Nikkei cuisine, a unique fusion of Japanese and Peruvian techniques and flavours. Our interior inspiration blends the vibrant essence of Mexico with the laid-back allure of Ibiza and the decadence of a luxurious parlour. The restaurant's colour scheme was pivotal to the entire design, anchoring everything from lighting and garnishes to walls and upholstery. We developed a unique hue—a blend of terracotta, tobacco, and red wine—
and rendered the incredible lofty walls of this former furniture warehouse in this rich tone. We like to think of it as the new bohemian.

Every element was meticulously chosen to complement this palette. Beautiful materials with similar blush hues, such as rose marble, scarlet-rich velvet upholstery, maribou chandleliers and custom merlot-toned wallpaper, were combined fearlessly, embracing patterns and textures. The result is a rich, evocative space designed to captivate Melbourne's lovers of amazing food and stunning cocktails.
