GLASS ISLAND

Our mission was to design the most iconic hospitality location afloat on Sydney Harbour. Glass Island is made of  3 levels totally unique to themselves and all inspired by AZB’s travels to paradise locations around the globe.Together with our long time collaborator Scott Robertson, we manifested a visually stunning environment but also features the most brilliant hospitality, perfect management and world class entertainment. The top deck inspired by travels to iconic Mediterranean beach clubs is a lush oasis with a palette of rust, burnt orange and white, with custom seating and super-deep lounges complete with an uninterrupted panoramic view of the magnificent Sydney harbour. The middle deck is a manifestation of Miami pool clubs and beach front hotel lobbies. 

A 13 metre custom mint-tiled bar features with multiple lounging and seating on a raw timber deck surrounded completely by glass. It is as if the guests are literally dancing on the water! The lower deck is a chilled cocktail lounge serving unique cocktails. Imagine the beautiful Sydney breeze, sun shining overhead, seductive tunes by world class dj’s, spritzes overflowing, delicious food and sharing all of this with your mates… it is truly a not to be missed experience. There is absolutely nothing like Glass Island in Australia and actually the world.
